We are seeking a person who is highly professional, who can work individually, as well as part of a multi-functional team.
Hours:
Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm, overtime as needed Wage:
$25/hour Job Type:
Full-time Main Job Tasks and
Responsibilities:
Assist Business Manager in daily tasks Take and distribute accurate messages Fax, scan and copy documents Calendar maintenance for Business Manager Maintain office filing and storage systems Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information Retrieve and research information when requested Update and maintain internal staff contact lists Type documents, reports and correspondence Perform errands and any other duties specified by the Business Manager Key Competencies:
Excellent memory Professionalism and extreme confidentiality Attention to detail Work management and prioritizing skills Verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to type 50 wpm Desired Skills:
Previous Administrative Experience Must reliable Means of Transportation Our Benefits Include:
