Compensation for roles at THE CAMP RECOVERY CENTER varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
As required by local law, THE CAMP RECOVERY CENTER provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.

Job Description for the PT Humans Resouces Assistant:
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Maintain digital and paper records of all employees.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Complete termination paperwork and help with exit interviews.
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Provide operations support on issues such as talent and performance management and employment law.
Assist with the recruiting and onboarding process.
Assist with the development of HR processes, policies and systems.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
Conduct employee data audits.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements for the Humans Resources Assistant:
3-5 Years of HR Experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
Proficient with MS Word & Excel.
UKG/Ultipro Knowledge referred.
Self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills.
High level of discretion with confidential material.
Experience in CA employment law.
CPR/First Aid is required.
