Current CA cosmetology or barber licenseCommitment to work a flexible schedule including weekends and eveningsDedication to great customer serviceDesire and stamina to cut hair for an extended period of time and provide quality haircuts in a fast-paced environmentStrong listening and communication skillsUse a computer system proficientlyAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to work very well both independently and with a teamPhysical Requirements:
Extend and reach with arms and hands repeatedly, primarily at and above the shoulderStand for extended periods of time, at least 4 hours at a timeFrequently wash and sanitize hands, work station and equipmentLift and move 35 lbs.
comfortablyShow substantial flexibility and repetitive movement of wrist, hands and fingersOccasionally climb a ladder and maintain balanceFrequently stoop, kneel and crouchCompensation details:
