Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of material.
This may include the following functions:
operating power equipment, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, and transporting.
Associate is responsible for the efficient flow of product from the point of receipt to internal and external customers.
Specific Job Duties:
Complete tasks- unloading, receiving, picking, stocking, shipping, quality control of product.
Use of power equipment safely and following company guidelines when performing assigned tasks.
Maintain all necessary workflow procedures, including but not limited to company inventory management software (Navision) and company databases.
Follow all GMP and SOP procedures.
Support team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of product - QC, Purchasing, Packaging, and Manufacturing.
Maintain condition of work area free of trash, product in correct location and safe work environment.
Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
in a physical environment.
Accurately performs multiple operational tasks assigned to a team member.
Must have a valid California Driver's License.
Must be trained to operate power equipment within 90 days of hire.
Must be eighteen years of age.
Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
Skills and/or Training Desired:
HS Diploma or GED Required One year of experience working in a warehouse environment Basic Math Skills Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
