For over threedecades, FOX has been an industry leader in the design and development of highperformance shock absorbers and racing suspension products for snowmobiles,mountain bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, off-road cars, trucks, and SUVs.
We're looking for an organized and technical planner, with extensive knowledgeof bike suspension, and bike industry experience. The position works closelywith document control, technical documentation, and product manager, todocument and plan product support. We are an energetic department looking for amotivated individual willing to tackle diverse tasks, to provide industryleading product support to a global service network.
SpecificResponsibilities of the BikeProduct Planner include but are not limited to:
Responsible forconfiguring service kits by adapting production assemblies with packaging etc,to support global service centers
Work withtechnical documentation team to present parts listings, and drawings on servicewebsite
Manage serviceparts catalog
End Of Lifeplanning and analysis
Special projects
Manages ServiceParts to meet or exceed the Strategic Product Group availability goals(customer) and inventory levels (Dollars and DSI).
Accountable foroptimization of Service Parts in all phases of the product life cycle, from newproduct planning to manufacturing and service discontinuance at a global level.
Own the planningstrategies to ensure appropriate service levels and inventories are metthroughout the entire length of the supply chain.
Employs costanalysis techniques to determine inventory levels that make sound economicsense and achieve the Strategic Product Group objectives, will include workingwith all functions as required
Optimize earningsthrough aggressive utilization of the repair supply chain.
Proactive inevaluating, implementing and communicating improvement opportunities to achievedesired results.
Work acrossmultiple organizations and may work across regions and global functions.
Qualifications ofthe Bike Product Planner:

yearstechnical bike industry experience
FOX bike productknowledge
Demonstratedexperience with purchasing, expediting, MRP/ ERP systems, knowledge of BOMstructure, MS Office applications (emphasis on Excel)
Solid analyticalskills, Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to workwell with others, self-motivated, must be able to multi-task in a fast-pacedenvironment.
