Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Finance Manager €“ FP&A will support the Sr. Director of Finance - Sport Protection. The individual will have responsibilities over all internal and external reporting, budgeting & forecasting, strategic planning and business analytics. This includes analysis of channel and customer profitability, cost center and expense monitoring, progress against financial targets and identification of Risks and Opportunities (R&Os). The individual will work closely with Senior Management, the Sales team and Finance to standardize and improve processes and analytics and provide financial support for strategic and tactical decision making.
Minimum of 8-10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a consumer products company
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
Highly proficient in Microsoft office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
SAP knowledge is preferred
Hyperion or similar systems knowledge is preferred
Lead the annual budget process, partner with functional leads to develop revenue and expense forecasts and consolidate & analyze submissions
Lead monthly forecast process, partner with functional leads to develop forecasts and identify R&Os
Function as the primary contact for the Vista Sales teams to develop forecasts, budgets, strategic plans and R&Os
Identify business trends and work with stakeholders to identify and diagnose issues and propose solutions
Enhance systems, processes, and reports to improve the quality and availability of financial information to aid management decision making
Lead, manage and develop 1 Sr. Financial Analyst and 1 Financial Analyst
Strong analytical ability
Problem-solver with ability to leverage data and analysis to support recommendations
Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization
Takes initiative, plans and prioritizes
Project management
Ability to multi-task and be flexible to adjust priorities based on business needs
Some travel may be required (less than 10%)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
