Overview:


?


The Brand Manager will work with the FOX SSG Director of Brand Marketing to set brand vision and long-term brand strategy to enhance the global brand perception for both FOX and Marzocchi brands. The Brand Manager will lead advertising efforts from creative concept through publication. Plan annual brand marketing budget including product launches, retail marketing initiatives and content projects. Seek and identify new marketing opportunities to maximize brand presence while re-evaluating the return of current marketing efforts.?

Responsibilities?include but not limited to:


?



  • Budget:?Create a detailed marketing budget for each brand and manage the budget throughout the year.

  • Brand Management:?Lead brand strategy and brand vision. Insure all messaging and aesthetics are consistent with unique ?voice? of each brand.

  • Product Development:?Liaise with Sales and Engineering on the development of new products. Develop the product positioning and collaborate on product graphics, seeking consistency with the distinct brand objectives of FOX and Marzocchi.

  • Product Launches/Events:?Collaborate with team to create a unique campaign for major product launches. Collaborate and manage the schedule throughout the year to give all departments transparency into MKT initiatives. Ensure enough flexibility to work around Engineering and Sales timeline challenges.

  • Ads:?Work with SSG brand marketing team on advertising contracts insuring ad spend maximizes return and is consistent with brand objectives. Work with marketing and graphics team on ads from concept brainstorm through to execution.?

  • Communication:?Support communications manager in the clear and timely dissemination of all brand information to our distribution and sales channels, media, and other stakeholders.

  • Sponsorship:?Provide input to FOX/Marzocchi sports marketing team on roster alignment with brand objectives and craft activation and communication strategy around key athletes and ambassadors.

  • Content Projects:?Lead brand content projects that tell the unique story of each brand.

  • Retail Marketing:?Worth this sales to support our retail and bike brand partners to communicate brand message.

Requirements/ Qualifications:


?



  • 5+ years of experience managing and growing a successful brand.

  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree or similar experience.

  • Track record of successful project management.

  • Marketing experience across facets of marketing from photo shoots and campaign ideation to advertising strategy and budgeting.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Ability to think creatively, and relate creative concepts to real world applications.

  • Strong industry relationships with suppliers, media, product reviewers, distributors, sponsored athletes and organizations.

  • Computer proficient, with ability to learn and leverage new programs.

  • Proven success leading/managing a team.

  • Comfortable with travel once every two months.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
