We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist with the below background.

The Helpdesk/ Workstation Support specialist is responsible for the management of the Helpdesk ticketing system requests and helpdesk desktop support ticket requests.?
- Responsible for creating equipment specification sheets and purchase request for new computers, peripheral hardware, and software.?
- Responsible for creating and configuring Active Directory, Office 365, as well as phone system accounts. Additional duties include the installation, configuring, and inventory tracking of software and computer hardware.
- Configuring desktop systems and laptops checking and maintaining conference room equipment, workstation UPS systems and printers.
- ?Coordinate and manage E-Waste deposal, and destruction of retired disk drives through regulated qualified reclamation vendors.
- Helpdesk specialist will also have special projects related to the above responsibilities and other related IT tasks and responsibilities.

Helpdesk/ Workstation Support specialist are responsible for an array of IT tasks.?

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
