Position Overview:

FOX Factory, Inc., a fast-growing and dynamic company in Scotts Valley, CA (95066) has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager.


?


A successful Marketing Manager will be responsible for the setup and execution of power sports marketing campaigns throughout the United States.??We are looking for someone who has a passion for outdoor recreation and a strong understanding of the power sports industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who desires ownership of marketing campaigns and activities, and who enjoys problem solving in a fast-paced environment. This is a new role in the company that will report into the Sr. Manager of Marketing and will work closely with teams across our organization to develop marketing strategies that drive demand. The ideal candidate knows how to wear many hats and is a jack-of-all-trades with an interest in a variety of different disciplines, from launching campaigns and content marketing, to supporting events and managing information on our website.

Responsibilities?include but not limited to:


?



  • Manage the FOX power sports brand and build brand recognition within the power-sports space.

  • Work closely with our partnering teams and ambassadors to increase high-quality brand collateral.

  • Be responsible for creating and executing the content strategy and maintain a digital and print editorial calendar.

  • Support in the manage of media contacts and external PR, including budget and timeline, to build our presence in traditional and social media.

  • Support our events team to coordinate promotions, marketing collateral and social content.

  • Work with our graphics team to create content for our website, white papers, 1 pagers, press releases, and presentations, all with style and consistent messaging.

  • Being a thought leader, product and partner evangelist, and spokesperson, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Edit technical content in publications.

  • Support leadership in attaining market research.

  • Measure the success of our marketing.


Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing to support business development goals for power-sports companies.

  • Experience writing engaging content in a variety of formats for target audiences.

  • Experience with B2C and B2B marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to create a high-level marketing collateral, and to execute as an individual.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with business leaders, athletes, journalists, and general audiences.

  • Strong project management skills, and proven ability to complete goals within deadlines.

  • A startup mindset: can-do attitude and no task is too large or too small.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • 7-10+ years in marketing and promotion experience.

  • Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends.

  • A network of reporters and contacts in the power-sports industry.

  • Graphic design skills a plus but not required.

  • Bachelors in business or marketing, or equivalent education or training. Higher degrees are a plus but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
