Responsibilities and Qualifications
Administer and continuously improve the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. The PLM/Master Data Business System Analyst will be a front-line support for the Centric8 PLM system. In addition, this role will own the creation and accuracy of SAP Master Data for the Bell+Giro Operations Team; specifically, the processes by which data is extracted from the PLM system, and uploaded into SAP. This will include but is not limited to initial part number set-up in support of new product launches, material and info-record mass updates, support data audits and day-to-day system trouble shooting.
+ Act as a point of contact for PLM system and process questions; effectively and efficiently resolving issues to improve user experience and business processes
+ Troubleshoot system errors, diagnose root cause and determine and act on error resolution
+ Identify system knowledge gaps with users, recommend and perform training, create user training manuals
+ Create and maintain business process documentation
+ Create and maintain test scripts for PLM regression, functional and implementation user acceptance testing
+ Create user accounts and provide system authorization and security administration for PLM
+ Partner with Vista IT to support server and database maintenance
+ Analyze the current business process, identify, develop and implement techniques to improve productivity, efficiencies, mitigate risks and resolve issues.
+ Create and maintain custom and system wide views
+ Partner with Project Managers and Product Marketing to audit PLM master data and provide direction, recommendations and training, if needed, to ensure accurate data
+ Create SAP part numbers in accord with PLM calendar: Perform PLM extracts and create and execute SAP upload file on schedule.
+ Perform master data updates and audits for Bell+Giro, such as product hierarchy creation, SKU reclassification, SKU extensions, case pack adjustments
+ Identify key stakeholders and communicate implications or consequences of Master Data changes as required
+ Support and manage approach for measuring adoption policies and standard operational processes associated with reference to master data related strategies and SAP related projects.
+ Analyze current functional processes in conjunction with system capabilities, identify and communicate system functionality to reduce manual and repetitive work
+ Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience required
+ 3-5 years? experience in PLM system administration and/or SAP transactions preferably in support of Operations function
+ Background with significant experience in process oriented solution development
+ Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems with creative solutions
+ Capability to understand functional business requirements and translate to system solution
+ Ability to transfer system knowledge and train others
+ Ability to trouble shoot in dynamic work environment
+ Ability to effectively participate on cross functional project teams

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
